Questions About Returns
As long as your items are still new with all of their original tags attached and the item(s) are not final sale items, you can start a return below
To start a return or exchange, please click here
Please enter your order # and email into the returns page that you used for your order.
Please click or tap the image or product box of the item(s) you would like to return and select next at the bottom of the page. You will then be prompted on how you would like to return the item,
You can start a return for a refund, exchange for the same item in a different size, or for store credit.
If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different item, please start the return for store credit and then email us the RMA # and new style # and size you would like to receive.
If you have multiple exchanges/returns for the same order, please start separate returns for each different outcome (exchange, refund, store credit). Once you have completed the first return, you are able to create another return for the order. Please put the order information in again into the returns system. There will be a button on the top right of the screen that says "+create". Please select that, and it will allow you to create another return for additional items for different outcomes from your original return.
